The EntrePass is a work pass for eligible foreign entrepreneurs who intend to start and operate a Singapore private limited company that is venture-backed or owns innovative technologies. The EntrePass is a distinct work pass from the Employment Pass.
EntrePass eligibility is based on MOM’s entrepreneur, innovator or investor criteria. The applicant must meet the relevant business and ownership conditions; where the company has already been incorporated, timing conditions also apply. Because the qualifying criteria are specific and change from time to time, eligibility should be assessed against MOM’s current EntrePass requirements before incorporation or application.
