A Singapore company’s registered office is its official address for communications and notices and for maintaining the records that legislation requires to be kept there. It must be a physical Singapore address and cannot be a P.O. Box.
Under ACRA’s current requirements, the registered office must be open and accessible to the public for at least three hours during normal business hours on each business day. It does not have to be the same place where the company conducts its day-to-day operations.
