What documents are needed to incorporate a company in Singapore?

For a Singapore private company, the information and documents required typically include the approved company name; principal business activities; registered office and office hours; financial year end; constitution; share capital and shareholder details; director details and consents; and the required information on registrable controllers and, where applicable, nominee directors and nominee shareholders.

Identification and address information will also be required for the relevant individuals and beneficial owners. Foreign founders must engage an ACRA-registered Corporate Service Provider, which will carry out the customer due diligence required under Singapore’s CSP/AML framework and may request additional supporting documents depending on the ownership structure and risk profile.
