Yes. Singapore generally allows 100% foreign ownership of a private limited company. However, a foreigner must engage an ACRA-registered Corporate Service Provider (CSP) to reserve the business name and register the company.
The company must also satisfy the normal incorporation requirements, including having at least one director who is ordinarily resident in Singapore, a Singapore registered office and at least S$1 in share capital. If the foreign founder intends to relocate to Singapore to run the business, an appropriate work pass will also be required. FIN holders should confirm with MOM or ICA whether their pass permits them to accept the relevant business role.
