Singapore Tax Filing Deadlines 2026

This page summarises selected general Singapore filing dates for calendar year 2026. Deadlines can differ where IRAS grants a specific extension or where a taxpayer has a non-standard accounting period, so the relevant notice or myTax Portal should always be checked.

Individual and Partnership Income Tax

The general filing due date for Individual Income Tax and Partnership Income Tax is 18 April 2026. The old 15 April paper-return deadline should not be used as the current general filing date.

Corporate Income Tax

The Corporate Income Tax Return (Form C-S, Form C-S (Lite) or Form C, as applicable) for YA 2026 is due by 30 November 2026. Estimated Chargeable Income (ECI) is generally due within three months after the company’s financial year end, unless the company meets IRAS’s ECI filing-waiver conditions.

GST

GST returns are generally due one month after the end of the prescribed accounting period, together with payment of any GST due. A nil return must still be filed where required.

Other Taxes and Reporting

Property tax, withholding tax, employer reporting and other obligations have separate statutory dates. For example, withholding tax is generally governed by the date of payment to the non-resident rather than by the annual income-tax filing calendar.
